The city of Denver commissioned me for their 2022 youth mental health summit We Got This! The Summit’s goal was to reduce stigma around mental health for youth, empower youth to recognizes the signs of mental/emotional challenges and seek help, and create a culture where talking about mental health and receiving mental and behavioral healthcare is normal and celebrated.
